The product that originally was shipped to me was improperly packaged and was slightly damaged as a result. I called customer service and they told me they would reship my order and that I should dispose of the first shipment.

I was disappointed that one of the chalk trays would not fit onto one side of the board. I was also disappointed that the 3 rings to hold the paper were not more heavy duty.
