They sent the wrong drumsticks, but they let us keep the wrong ones and are sending out the ones we ordered immediately. We are very happy with the resolution :)

my order from start to finish was very good. I received the drums just before thanks giving. I beleive i called you on Friday to report a duplicate order. I have since been contacted and awaiting the return information to be e-mailed. mike
